To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lang Listen Academy and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we suspect misuse. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately, but sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability).

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, unless otherwise required by law.
